How RAINER Group a.s. handles data of website visitors and people who contact us.

2. Enquiries and communication
When you contact us, we process the identification and contact details you provide, company details and communication content to answer your enquiry, take steps before entering into a contract, perform a contract and manage business relationships and legal claims.
3. Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 only with your consent. It processes device and browser information, approximate location derived from the IP address, pages visited and interactions. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings”.
4. Recipients and transfers
Hosting and IT providers may process data, as may Google Ireland Limited when analytics is enabled. Google may use subprocessors and transfer data outside the EEA using applicable safeguards. We do not provide data to third parties for their own marketing.
5. Retention
We keep business communication as needed and generally for no longer than 3 years thereafter to protect legal claims; where a contract is formed, statutory periods apply. GA4 user and event data is retained according to the service setting for no more than 14 months; aggregated statistics may remain available longer. Analytics consent is renewed after no more than 12 months and rejection is respected for at least 6 months.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, uoou.gov.cz.
7. Providing data
Providing enquiry data is voluntary, but without contact details we may be unable to respond. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling producing legal or similarly significant effects.
